Forgive and Forget by A. Steele is a story of friendship, love, and just a little bit of pain. Thousands of years ago, the sun god Apollo and the god of wind Zephyrus were the closest of friends. This friendship was demolished by a tragic accident, and the two became bitter and separated with Apollo blaming Zephyrus for the death of his mortal lover. Zephyrus has a different recollection of the end of their relationship, however. He insists that their estrangement occurred well before the tragedy and that the association that he and Apollo shared was much more than merely friendship – it was a bonding of souls. But if this is so, why can’t Apollo remember? Could the same person responsible for separating the two friends and tampering with their memories have also caused the death of Apollo’s young lover? It will take a cast of very determined gods, some “tough love” with leather and chains, and a little assistance from Fate for them to find the truth.
